New legislation spells out reforms that will make payday financing reasonable and affordable in Ohio

Columbus, Ohio – State lawmakers Kyle Koehler (R-Springfield) and Mike Ashford (D-Toledo) today introduced legislation to reform a payday lending market that costs the best rates within the country, drains funds through the state’s economy and harms Ohio customers.
